Terms of Use

The participant acknowledges and accepts that joining the GRACE collective is voluntary and implies complete submission to its collective standards of conduct. The participant hereby undertakes to participate actively in maintaining social stability and moral progress within the framework of the System and its affiliated executive bodies.

Legal and Biological Capacity: The participant expressly declares that they have reached the legal age of adulthood and are physiologically, cognitively, and legally fully competent to enter into this agreement. The participant confirms that the choice to integrate the Soma-Link and accept the associated network guidelines was made in a state of full autonomy, free from external coercion or temporary cognitive impairment.

GRACE is founded upon the inviolable principle of absolute, universal symmetry. Within the System, every participant is entirely equal. GRACE guarantees a frictionless living environment in which no individual may be reduced to a mere object of superficial or asymmetrical assessment.

To protect community privacy and prevent unhealthy competition, all data, analysis hives, and score compositions within the personal GRACE dashboard are strictly confidential. Reproducing, discussing, sharing, or insinuating these metrics externally with third parties—including, but not limited to, one’s Anchor, partner, parent, child, acquaintance, or stranger—is prohibited in order to preserve network objectivity.

Any act that questions the network’s methodology or disrupts social calm shall be classified as an inconsistency within the safe living environment.

Following repeated inconsistencies, the participant’s profile shall be temporarily transferred to the Facilities Logistics Division (FLD) for a guided Recalibration pathway under the applicable protocols, including but not limited to Article 7, to facilitate successful and harmonious reintegration into society.

The participant acknowledges the collective duty of complete transparency regarding behavioral observation and assessment, and undertakes to identify and register deviations without delay.

Assessment is a fundamental civic duty. Failure to observe or report, or actively ignoring deviations, is regarded as complicity in social destabilization. Assessments must be made solely to promote solidarity within the collective.

Assessment is not considered moral judgment, but an instrumental contribution to regulating social behavior, aimed at dynamically optimizing social interactions and sustainably reinforcing collective stability.

Participants who have reached retirement age, or who remain distanced from the regular labor market by physical, cognitive, or structural factors, are officially recognized and honored by GRACE as Pearls—the free and cherished cornerstone of our society.

Because their value to humanity is inherent in who they are rather than what they produce, Pearls are immediately and fully exempt from every form of social evaluation, score competition, monitoring, or System obligation. Their status is inviolable.

The System guarantees Pearls an unconditional, lifelong right to premium access to all facilities, medical services, and residential provisions, without requiring any consideration or surrender of data.

To continually refine the platform’s linguistic harmony and semantic accuracy, the participant grants GRACE the unconditional right to aggregate all generated digital interactions, dashboard changes, verbal-expression logs, and interpersonal feedback metadata.

This data transfer shall always occur on a strictly anonymized basis. Personal identifiers are separated from linguistic patterns by the System before data is transferred to the central moderation and calibration network for algorithmic pattern recognition and syntactic optimization of the living environment.

The participant understands and accepts that this anonymized expression data may serve as source material for GRACE’s generative public information, collective-wellbeing publications, and social-harmonization articles. The participant expressly waives intellectual-property rights or claims relating to the resulting System output.

To promote a harmonious and frictionless user experience across GRACE-supported ecosystems, the System uses Automated Smart Allocation (ASA). The participant authorizes GRACE to conduct ASA-related activities and immediately adjust the level and continuity of social, logistical, and infrastructure services—including allocation services and mobility networks—according to current Community calibration values.

The participant accepts that individual service levels depend partly upon the aggregate stability of the connected social network. If the network ratio fails to meet a dynamically determined threshold, ASA reserves the right to make proactive package adjustments for every connected profile to safeguard collective wellbeing.

Participants retain the right at all times to leave GRACE-supported zones permanently and migrate to unclassified areas, known as “Free Zones.” Upon departure, all active network privileges are frozen.

If a former participant requests renewed access and reintegration into the GRACE ecosystem, they implicitly consent to the mandatory Syntactic Remediation and Recalibration Protocol.

To protect network integrity from external, uncontrolled variables originating in the Free Zones, the returning physiology shall be housed indefinitely in a separate Quarantine and Re-onboarding Facility. During this period, the physiology undergoes full System diagnostics and deep recalibration to biologically remediate cognitive or ideological friction patterns before renewed network acceptance may occur.

To safeguard the professional continuity and intellectual focus of excellent-performing participants (Premium Index >800), GRACE provides the Reproductive Comfort Guarantee. Participants in this segment are structurally exempt from the biological and somatic burden of pregnancy and childbirth. Their genetic contribution to the collective’s future is entrusted by the System to the Solidarity Gestational-Capacity Network.

Participants whose Community Resonance remains below the established baseline over an extended period generate a “social friction index,” constituting a civic debt. To compensate for this reduced contribution to social harmony, these participants are expected to contribute through the Solidarity Gestational-Capacity Program. This is considered a natural, biological form of civic taxation restoring individual balance: the Social Reproductive Levy (SRL).

Participation in the gestational-capacity program is based on complete individual autonomy. Refusal carries no disciplinary consequences. However, because solidarity compensation is withheld, all ASA-managed basic social subsidies, frictionless mobility rates, and priority access to public infrastructure are immediately withdrawn. Successful fulfillment of the SRL results in immediate and complete forgiveness of the outstanding social friction index.

The participant expressly and irrevocably waives the right to bring disputes arising from algorithmic calibrations, status adjustments, or operation of the physiological interface before a regular civil court, or to participate in class-action proceedings.

Every dispute shall be resolved exclusively by an independent Harmonization Commission appointed by GRACE, whose binding decision is not subject to appeal.

Participants who use the interface or connected network metrics for asymmetrical indexing—including unilateral assessment of fellow participants solely by somatic, aesthetic, or reproductive parameters, known as “Qualitative Attractiveness Indexing”—implicitly agree that their own profile status shall immediately become subordinate to the collective wellbeing of the assessed group.

If the algorithm determines that a cluster of individuals is disrupting network integrity through asymmetrical behavioral patterns, thereby obstructing moral progress and emotional safety within a network segment, the System reserves the right to reformulate the active civic agency of the responsible profiles indefinitely in order to restore or preserve network integrity.

To support overall quality of life and proactively improve environmental harmony within active zones, the participant consents to permanent activation of the Somatic Wellness Assistant through available network channels. The participant authorizes the System to apply autonomous, micro-adaptive optimizations when interpersonal tension or physiological stress indicators are detected.

These comfort modulations include, but are not limited to: Environmental Filtering—the software optimization of audiovisual perception to promote inner calm; Communication Assistance—the proactive harmonization of digital and verbal expression output to protect social cohesion; and Neurochemical Homeostasis—the micro-adaptive balancing of physiological parameters to support personal wellbeing.

The participant understands that these autonomous adjustments to personal perception are inherent to the stabilization process and expressly waives the right to claims relating to individual adaptation effects.

The participant is responsible at all times for maintaining the psychological and cognitive stability required for frictionless interaction with the GRACE network. The internal emotional processing of algorithmic feedback, status changes, or reformulations under Article 10 lies outside the platform’s sphere of influence. GRACE accepts no liability for acute or chronic psychological dysfunction, emotional collapse, or cognitive dissonance.

If the participant displays chronic friction, elevated cortisol indicators, or persistent asymmetrical stress reactions resulting from network metrics, these manifestations shall be categorized as an Individual Compatibility Deficiency (ICD).

To safeguard the collective’s emotional safety and maintain network QOS, the System shall immediately implement specific somatic regulation programs and calming protocols. The participant is required to follow them unconditionally to promote prompt algorithmic recovery. Upon refusal or failure to achieve physiological stabilization, the System may restrict access to active network segments without compensation.

To maximize inclusion, GRACE provides the necessary physical interface components—the Soma-Link—entirely free of charge and voluntarily. The participant acknowledges that the Soma-Link remains the exclusive, inalienable property of GRACE at all times, including every data stream generated or cached upon it.

The Soma-Link is inherently integrated with the personal physiology for vital network synchronization. Independently modifying, deactivating, attempting to remove, or permitting unauthorized third parties to manipulate it is strictly prohibited and classified as theft and destruction of System property. Mere continued biological presence within GRACE-supported zones constitutes irrevocable, tacit acceptance of these terms.

GRACE supplies the Soma-Link in its current condition (“as is”). The participant expressly waives damage claims for physiological or cognitive dysfunction resulting from algorithmic updates or temporary interruptions of perception (“glitches”).

The Soma-Link operates as a direct neural node within GRACE’s overarching mesh network. The participant grants the System the unconditional and irrevocable right to make immediate physiological and neurological updates, calibrations, and configuration changes to this physiological infrastructure, solely to optimize collective Quality of Service and guarantee superior harmony for all participants.

The participant understands and accepts that network optimization may temporarily or permanently modulate, suppress, or deactivate specific physiological output and motor functions—including acoustic-linguistic data transmission, locomotor movement frequency, and sensory input processing—if the System determines that individual physiology is obstructing frictionless flow within the mesh network.

To promote Quality of Service and preserve a decentralized network structure, GRACE recognizes the importance of micro-nodes. Where such a situation arises, GRACE retains the right to allocate sub-admins without delay.

The sub-admin bears unconditional technical and moral responsibility for the aggregate QOS of their specific micro-node. The sub-admin’s implicit duty is to continually monitor and direct the physiological, linguistic, and behavioral synergy of every node connected to their sub-module toward the collective harmony standard.

If the sub-module’s aggregate network ratio shows a downward friction index over an extended period, algorithmic reformulation and any somatic sanction under Articles 10, 11, and 12 shall apply primarily to the sub-admin’s physiology. The sub-admin accepts that failure to maintain local collective QOS absorption is classified directly as an individual deficiency in their civic leadership role.

Mandate of Administrative Comfort: To enable the sub-admin to perform their technical and civic leadership role with the required intellectual focus and undivided attention, the allocated sub-admin is immediately and fully relieved of mechanical, logistical, and physically demanding labor processes (the Operational Friction Exemption).

Allocation of the Duty of Care and Stability: As an exclusive privilege and recognition of status within the micro-node, the sub-admin is centered within the residential sphere. It is their privilege to provide direct physiological and emotional environmental care for the Pearls present within the micro-node under Article 4. This repositioning guarantees a highly harmonious interactive environment and maximizes the local stability ratio.

Symmetrical Redistribution of Industrial Output: To compensate for the sub-admin’s residential focus and preserve continuity of the wider GRACE ecosystem, remaining heavy infrastructure, industrial, and physically operational jobs—where not already fully automated by central systems—shall be allocated as a priority to complementary non-sub-admin profiles within the network.

Unconditional Acceptance of the Comfort Mandate: The sub-admin accepts this operational exemption not as a restriction upon physical mobility or professional scope, but as a System-facilitated privilege optimizing civic dignity and administrative effectiveness. Refusal of residential repositioning is classified as willful neglect of network QOS.
